프레드릭 페비 브루스 (Frederick Fyvie Bruce, 1910년 10월 12일 ~ 1990년 9월 11일)는 F. F. 브루스 (F. F. Bruce)라고도 불리며, 신약성경의 역사적 신뢰성을 지지한 성서학자였다.
브루스는 스코틀랜드 출신으로, 에버딘 대학과 케임브리지 대학, 비엔나 대학에서 수학하였다. 그는 에든버러 대학과 리즈 대학에서 헬라어를 가르쳤고, 쉐필드 대학에서 성서 역사 및 문학 교수를 역임했다. 1959년부터 멘체스터 대학에서 성경 비평 및 석의 교수로 평생 재직하였다. 그는 많은 저서를 냈으며 신약학계에 뛰어난 신학자로 널리 알려져 있다.

스코틀랜드 엘긴 (Elgin)에서 출생한 브루스는 엘긴 아카데미를 거쳐 애버딘대학교 (M.A), 케임브리지대학교 (M.A) 및 오스트리아 비엔나대학교를 졸업하였다. 브루스는 1957년 애버딘대학교에서 명예신학박사 (D.D) 학위를 수여받았고, 1973년에 영국 학술원 특별회원으로 선출되었다.
브루스는 에든버러대학교 (1935 ~ 38)와 리즈대학교 (1938 ~ 47)에서 헬라어를 강의하였으며, 1947년부터 1959년까지 셰필드대학교에서 성경 역사와 문학과 학과장으로 재직했다. 1959년부터 1978년까지는 영국 맨체스터대학교에서 성경비평학 및 해석학 교수를 역임했다.

1950년 후반부터는 유럽 외에도 미국, 캐나다, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 동아프리카 등으로 강의를 다니기 시작했다.
