Australian Business Summit Council Inc. (회장 Dr. Frank Alafaci, ABSC Inc)는 2023년 5월 4일 (목) Lilyfield의 Le Montage에서 공식 비즈니스 잡지 EKONOMOS 4호를 출시하며 연례 갈라 디너를 주최했다.

2018년말 비영리 협회로 출범한 Australian Business Summit Council Inc의 회장 Dr. Frank Alafaci는 “호주 기업이 확장하고, 새롭고 전례 없는 기회를 찾고, 위상, 인지도 및 장기적인 수익성을 개선할 수 있는 활기차고 지속 가능하며 경쟁적인 경제 환경을 촉진하는 효과적인 비즈니스 정책 및 관행을 촉진하는 정보에 입각한 토의 및 토론을 지향한다”고 밝혔다.
특히 이날 행사를 위해 모인 외교관, 기업 및 정치 지도자, 지역 사회 대표들 사이에서 H.E. 모로코 대사인 Ms. Wassane Wailachi는 특히 농식품 분야에서 호주 기업을 위한 막대한 비즈니스, 무역 및 투자 기회를 지적하면서 소위 아프리카로의 관문으로서 모로코의 이점에 대한 기조발언을 통해 청중에게 연설했다.
그리고 파키스탄 고등판무관인 Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri는 재생 가능 에너지, 농업, 인프라, 어업, 보석 및 석재, 유제품, 가축을 포함한 여러 분야에서 호주 투자자들에게 충분한 가능성을 제공하는 신흥 경제로서 파키스탄에 대해 설득력 있는 연설을 했다.

The Australian Business Summit Council Inc. hosted an exclusive Annual Gala Dinner to launch the fourth issue of its official business affairs magazine, EKONOMOS, at Le Montage, Lilyfield on 4thMay2023.
Two hundred VIPs and guests attended the lavish three course banquet event in the Deanah’s room of this magnificent five-star reception venue, neatly situated in the vivid, picturesque setting of the inner-west of Sydney, New South Wales, for the official celebration of the Council’s notable achievements.

As the president of the Australian Business Summit Council Inc. since its emergence as a not-for-profit association in late 2018, Dr. Alafaci commended the Council’s tireless, steadfast efforts through its high profile, energetic and visionary directors as an intellectual vehicle for informed debates and discussions on promoting effective business policies and practices that stimulate a vibrant, sustainable, and competitive economic environment where Australian businesses are able to expand, seek out new and unprecedented opportunities, and improve their stature, recognition and long-term profitability.
Amidst the diplomatic officials, business and political leaders, and community representatives who had gathered for the occasion, H.E. Ms. Wassane Wailachi, the Ambassador of Morocco addressed the audience with her keynote speech about the benefits of Morocco as the so-called gateway to Africa, pointing out the immense business, trade and investment opportunities for Australian businesses, especially in the agri-food, energy, water management, irrigation and mining sectors. H.E. Mr. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, the High Commissioner of Pakistan, gave an eloquent address on Pakistan as an emerging economy that offers ample possibilities for Australian investors in several areas, including renewable energy, agriculture, infrastructure, fisheries, gems and stones, dairy, livestock, solid waste management, public health, and tourism. Finally, our own Senator Ms. Hollie Hughes, the Federal Shadow Assistant Minister for Climate Change and Energy, elaborated on what a future Liberal-National Party federal coalition government would do to enhance Australian business, trade and investment.
Between the formalities and light-hearted moments, the Annual Gala Dinner featured two brilliant entertainers, Mr. Alfio Bonanno, an Italian-Australian two-time Emmy Award-nominated recording tenor, artist, singer, pianist, and composer dubbed the “Voice from Oz” because of his powerful voice, and the young, precociously talented violinist Mr. Yue Zheng, originally from the People’s Republic of China, who enlivened the occasion with their flawless, well-received performances.
