Good Friends Ladies Choir ‘제8회 정기연주회’, Ryde시의 후원 개최로 성료
‘치매 환자 가족을 돕기위한 연주회’로 모나미 12월 모임과 겸해

Good Friends Ladies Choir (지휘자 김선영, 이하 GFLC)가 지난 12월 8일(화) ‘제8회 정기 연주회’를 North Ryde School of Arts Community Centre (201 Cox Rd. North Ryde)에서 City of Ryde의 후원으로 개최했다. 매년 이웃을 돕기 위한 타이틀을 걸고 정기 연주를 실시해온 GFLC가 올해는 ‘치매 환자 가족을 돕기위한 연주회’로 열었다. 이번 연주회는 교민들에게 친숙한 가곡, 동요, 팝송, 가요 등이 연주됐다.
첫 무대는 Good Friends Ladies Choir가 ‘Psamlm 23’ (최덕신 곡), ‘못잊어’ (조성은 작곡, 김소월 작사), ‘피노키오 : Pinocchio’ (M.Gerard 작곡, C.Ruiz 작사), ‘숲의 요정 : Dorf Jodler’ (Rudi Meixner 작곡, Rudi Meixner 작사), ‘월량대표아적심’ (웡칭시 작곡, 손의 작사), ‘첨밀밀’ (준펀치우 작곡, 주앙 누 작사)을 합창했다.
Good Friends Ladies Choir의 멤버는 지휘 Sun Young Kim, 피아노 Sun Mi Kim, 단원들은 Agnes Hong, Seung Heui Jin, Sohyun Joo, Hyun Hwi Kang, Christina Kim, Mina Kim, Hyunju Kim, Young Hae Kim, Julie Jinsung Lee, Lynn Oh, Mi Jeong Park, Seung Yeon Park, Sookkyoung Seo, Soomi Shon, Sabina Yang (Hea Chun Kim, Sang Hoon Kim, Kyung Ran Lee, Soo Jung Yoo)으로 구성됐다.
이어 천인욱 테너의 ‘원해’ (박지훈 곡), ‘내 마음의 사랑 노래’ (Chopin 작곡, E.Marischka 작사), Sarah Jeong의 ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ (C.Schönberg 작곡, H. Kretzmer 작사 / from musical ‘Les Misérables), John Kang의 ‘Old MacDonald Had a Farm American Traditional’, ‘Jesus Loves Me composed’ (W.B.Breadbury 작곡, A.B.Warner 작사), ‘엄마야 누나야’ (김광수 작곡, 김소월 작사), ‘섬집 아기’ (이흥렬 작곡, 한인현 작사), ‘할렐루야’를 연주했다.
이어 다시 Good Friends Ladies Choir가 ‘사랑해요’ (김형성 곡), ‘옛시인의 노래’ (이현섭 작곡, 이경미 작사), ‘바위섬’ (배창희 곡), ‘에델바이스 : Edelweiss’ (Rodgers 작곡, Hammerstein II 작사 / from ‘The Sound of Music’ OST)를 합창했다.
연주회를 마친 김선영 대표는 “여러분들이 응원해 주신 덕에 저희 정기 연주는 잘 마쳤습니다. 치매환자 가족을 비롯한 50여명의 청중을 조촐하게 모시고 따뜻한 곡들로 행복하게 연주를 잘 마쳤습니다. 총 2,230불이 모금되었습니다. 치매환자 가족 지원을 위해 신실하게 잘 사용하겠습니다. 앞으로도 굳프렌즈 사역과 모나미 모임을 위해서 많은 관심가져주시길 바랍니다”라며 감사인사했다.
Good Friends는 2013년 창단이래, 지난 7년간 문화예술을 접목한 형태의 사역으로 약$52,000을 구제와 선교에 지원해 왔다. 2020년 코로나19 기간에도 Youth Group Camp, Syrian refugee camps, COVID19 Crisis, Single Mums, COVID19 Crisis in Rohingya, Doctors Without Borders, COVID19 Crisis in Kenya, Missionary Mi Hyung Yoon, Homeless People 후원사역을 해왔다. 2013년도부터 올해까지의 후원사역은 아래 첨부했다.
한편 치매환자와 보호자가 함께 하는 ‘모나미’ 12월 모임은 정기연주회와 함께 했다. 모나미는 “치매 환자와 가족(보호자)이 함께 모여서, 서로의 아픔과 정보를 나누고, 정서적으로 서로를 지지해 세워 나가는 아름다운(미, 美) 모임”이다. 시드니의 치매환자 가족 (보호자) 간 정서 및 정보 교류를 통해 심리적 부담을 덜고 사회적 고립을 방지할 수 있는 ‘모나미’ (프랑스어로 ‘친구’, 치매가족을 위한 자조모임) 정기 모임은 매월 둘째주 화요일 모임을 갖는다. 모나미 모임 참석 및 관련 문의는 임상희 사모 (0425 378 039), 김선영 대표 (0424 579 646)에게 하면된다.
