우리의 인생은 그토록 놀랍고 경이로운 사건
Our life is such marvellous and wonderful event
엄마가 자신의 어린 아들을 피아노 연주회에 데리고 갔다. 좌석에 앉은 후 엄마는 화장실에 가면서 아들에게 좌석에서 기다리고 있으라고 말했다. 몇 분이 지났고 걱정이 된 그 작은 아이는 일어나서 엄마를 찾으러 갔다. 그리고 아이는 실수로 “출입금지”라고 쓰여있는 문으로 들어갔다. A mother took her small boy to a piano concert. After they were seated, the mother went out to the bathroom, telling her son to wait there. A few minutes passed and the little boy anxiously stood up and went to look for his mom. And he mistakenly went through a door marked “”NO ADMITTANCE.”
엄마가 돌아와서 아들이 없어진 것을 발견했다. 그 때 갑자기 커튼이 열리더니 조명이 무대 위에 있는 멋진 그랜드피아노 위로 비춰졌다. 끔찍하게도 엄마는 자기의 조그마한 아이가 피아노 앞에 앉아 있는 것이 보였다. 아이는 순진하게 “빤짝빤짝 작은 별”을 치고 있었다. The mother returned and discovered that her son was missing. Then suddenly, the curtains parted and spotlights focused on the impressive grand piano on stage. In horror, the mother saw her little boy sitting at the piano. The boy was innocently picking out “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.
바로 그 순간 피아니스트가 걸어 들어와서 급히 피아노로 다가가 아이의 귀에 속삭였다. “멈추지 말고 계속 하거라.” 그리고 그는 아이의 바로 옆에 앉아 함께 연주하기 시작했다. 피아노의 대가와 꼬마 아이는 함께 그 유치한 어린이 음악을 환상적인 대곡으로 변형시켰다. 눈물을 흘리는 엄마를 포함한 그곳의 모든 사람들이 그들에게 기립박수를 보냈다. .At that very moment, the pianist for the concert walked in and quickly moved to the piano, and whispered in the boy’s ear, “Don’t quit, keep playing.” Then, the pianist sat right next to the boy and joined his playing. Together, the piano master and the little boy transformed the childish piece of music into a fantastic piece of great music. Everyone there, including her mom in tears, gave them a standing ovation.
그것이 바로 하나님과 함께 하는 우리 인생의 모습이다. 우리는 혼자가 아니다. 전능하신 하나님이 언제나 우리 삶의 구석구석에서 우리와 함께 하신다. 그리고 하나님과 우리가 함께 우리의 일상의 조그마한 것들을 그토록 놀랍고 경이로운 사건으로 변형시킬 수 있다. 기억하자. 우리는 혼자가 아니다. 그리고 그 분께서 우리와 함께 피아노를 연주하기 위해 다가오실 때, 피하지 말고 진심으로 그 분을 환영하도록 하자. That’s the way our life is with God. We are not alone. The great almighty God is always with us in every corner of our life. And God and we can together transform our ordinary small things into such marvellous and wonderful events. Remember. We are not alone. And when He approaches us to play the piano with us, let us not avoid Him but welcome him from all our hearts.
